Seaplane Charter Indonesia (seaplanecharterindonesia.com), operated by Juara Holding Group, collects only the contact details, travel dates, and passenger information needed to prepare a charter quote and coordinate your flight with a licensed Indonesian operator — nothing more, and nothing is sold to third parties. This policy is dated as of 2026 and explains what we collect through WhatsApp and email, why, and how to reach us with a request.

This is a plain-language policy, not a legal opinion. If you need advice on how data-protection law applies to your own situation, consult a licensed lawyer in your jurisdiction.

Who Operates This Site?

Seaplane Charter Indonesia is an independent charter coordination desk operated by Juara Holding Group, established 2015. We arrange seaplane charters with operators that hold a valid CASR Part 135 Air Operator Certificate (AOC), as required by Indonesian civil aviation rules. We are not an aircraft operator, we do not hold an AOC ourselves, and we are not affiliated with any specific operator named or implied on this site. We are also not a licensed financial, tax, or legal adviser — nothing on this site should be read as such advice.

What Personal Data Do We Collect?

Most contact with this desk happens over WhatsApp (+62 811-3941-4563) or email (bd@juaraholding.com), not through an on-site form. What we collect depends on how far your enquiry progresses.

Stage What we ask for Why
Initial enquiry Name, WhatsApp number or email, preferred departure/arrival points, travel dates To check route feasibility and prepare a price indication
Quote preparation Passenger count, approximate passenger and baggage weights Aircraft loading and balance calculations, required before any seaplane departs
Booking confirmation Full name as on ID, nationality, sometimes passport number Only when the specific operator’s regulatory passenger manifest requires it for that route
Special requests Dietary notes, mobility needs, corporate billing details To brief the operator and, where applicable, issue an invoice

We do not ask for passport numbers, financial account details, or ID scans at the first-enquiry stage. These are only requested later, and only when the operator flying your specific route needs them to satisfy Indonesian aviation manifest requirements.

Why Do We Process This Information?

We rely on a small number of specific, limited purposes, consistent with Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP):

  • Quote preparation — matching your dates, route, and passenger load against operator availability and water aerodrome conditions.
  • Operator coordination — passing the minimum information a licensed operator needs to plan the flight, including weight-and-balance figures and, where required, passenger manifest data for DGCA (Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara) compliance.
  • Communication — replying to your WhatsApp messages or emails, sending quotes, confirmations, and pre-flight logistics (ground handling, weather holds, fuel-stop timing).
  • Record-keeping — retaining a booking trail for invoicing, dispute handling, and the retention periods described below.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing.

Who Do We Share Your Data With?

Your information is shared only with parties directly involved in delivering the charter you requested:

  1. Licensed Part 135 AOC operators flying the route, who need passenger names, weights, and (where the manifest requires it) identity documents.
  2. Ground handlers and water aerodrome coordinators at departure and arrival points, limited to logistics details such as arrival time and passenger count.
  3. Coastal radio stations and Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) units, only in the operational sense required by the 22 August 2025 ministerial regulation (State Gazette 2025 No. 620), which obliges water aerodrome organisers to coordinate seaplane movements with these bodies — this is operator-to-authority coordination, not a data transfer we initiate ourselves.
  4. Payment processors, if you pay a deposit or balance through a bank transfer or payment link we send, limited to the transaction details needed to process that payment.

We do not share your data with unrelated marketing partners, data brokers, or advertising networks. If Indonesian aviation authorities lawfully require passenger data for a specific flight, we or the operator will disclose only what is legally required.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

Data type Typical retention
Enquiry that did not lead to a booking Up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised
Confirmed booking records (names, dates, manifest data) Up to 5 years, to match Indonesian tax and aviation record-keeping norms
WhatsApp message history Retained per WhatsApp Business’s own storage, and on our side until no longer needed for the reasons above

You can ask us to delete data that we are not legally obliged to retain — see the contact section below.

Cookies and Website Analytics

This site may use basic analytics cookies (for example, to count visits and see which pages are read) and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Analytics data is aggregated and is not linked to the name or contact details you send us over WhatsApp or email, since those channels operate outside the website’s cookie system. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to contact us by WhatsApp or email.

What Rights Do You Have?

Under Indonesia’s UU PDP (Law 27/2022), and as a courtesy to visitors from jurisdictions covered by the EU’s GDPR, you can ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate details (for example, a misspelled name or wrong passenger weight).
  • Delete data we are not legally required to retain.
  • Withdraw consent for future contact — we will stop reaching out, while keeping records already required for a completed booking.
  • Ask how a specific piece of data was used, in plain terms.

To exercise any of these, email bd@juaraholding.com with your name and the WhatsApp number or email address you used to contact us. We will confirm your identity before acting on the request, since we handle travel and passenger data.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We limit access to enquiry and booking details to the staff coordinating your specific charter, and we share passenger data with operators only as needed for that flight. No online system is completely immune to risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security over WhatsApp or email, which are outside our direct control as platforms. If you believe your data has been mishandled, contact us using the details below.

Is This Legal, Financial, or Booking Advice?

No. This policy explains our data practices; it is not legal advice, and it does not replace the terms an operator gives you directly for your specific flight. Charter availability, pricing, and manifest requirements are set by the operator holding the Part 135 AOC for your route and can change without notice — always confirm final terms with our desk before travel dates are locked in.

How Can You Contact Us?
